Cancellation Policy
We understand that there may be circumstances out of the
clients control which may require the need to reschedule
the appointment.
We welcome a total of three reschedules/cancellations with at least 24
hours advanced notice prior to the scheduled appointment.
After the client has rescheduled/cancelled their appointment a total of
three times, the patience will forfeit the remaining sessions and will be
required to re-book and re-purchase his/her treatments. All deposit
payments are non-refundable.
If the patient is more than 15 minutes late, the patient will be required to
reschedule the appointment.
Return of products
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON EBOOKS, CLASSES, SERVICES, AND WEBINARS. We only accept refund requests for products and we do not process refunds unless your order was received broken, defective, or not functioning as advertised. If there's a problem with your order, please email (designated email) with your order number and video/picture (if needed) explaining the issue and we will make things right for you! Kindly expect a response in 24-48 hours.
